'Lisa Gets The Blues' screams filler to me - it's an absolutely nothing episode

Half of the episode feels like it's just Homer listing New Orleans food, that 'joke' is way too long

Not being offensive enough to score a 1 is the only saving grace

'King Leer' isn't too bad for a Moe episode, it feels more grounded than most and doesn't overdo the 'Moe is a loser' jokes.

I thought it was amusing too...I laughed out loud at a drunk Homer using a dog for a breathalyser, only for the dog to fail too 🤣

'No Good Read Goes Unpunished' had a promising start with Bart using The Art Of War to torment Homer....

...but then it goes into an awful, heavy handed Lisa/Marge censorship story that tries to defend the show's use of Apu 😮

Grim.

"Fears Of A Clown' has some interesting ideas (Krusty as a serious actor) but it races through both plots so fast that nothing makes sense

I did laugh though, some good lines here ("Yet another puff piece that ends in madness") and Krusty is pretty funny

'3 Scenes Plus A Tag From A Marriage' was awful. Remember how great 'I Married Marge' was? This episode retcons that entire episode 😭

A terrible episode in it's own right that ruins a classic ep too 🤬

A couple of lines just save it from a 1...just

'Homer Is Where The Art Isn't' is weird, the whole episode is set up like a 70's cop show, with a one off character as the main character/narrator.

That whole premise took me out of the episode tbh. The episode has some nice Homer/Lisa scenes though

'Frink Gets Testy' is a complete mess, featuring a tedious Prof Frink song and a very abrupt ending

Yet there are some good bits here - I like the Homer/Marge subplot and laughed a few times ("Hey, that test is like a son to me. I raised it from a quiz!")

'Haw Haw Land' made me groan - it's another 'Lisa falls for a pretentious boy' episode 😭 which get worse every time

Bar Wiggum blowing Skinner's cover as an anonymous source ("Do you even know what "anonymous" means? Uh, helpful?" 🤣) this episode is a wash
