Sitting at my work from home desk comparing my phony felt cactus to my living succulent. The succulent is not doing too well! I'm one of those people who can't even keep a succulent alive. Tips welcome!

Husband and kiddo brought home mint oreos the other day. It tastes a bit like they replaced the cream filling with mint toothpaste. I am on the fence about these mint oreos, but I've eaten way too many for one who's still withholding an endorsement. Better try a other one...

First pot of soup simmering for winter! Absurd as we've had a fair bit of winter weather in Bmore! The mere mention of soup elicits shudders from my kiddo, so I fall back on air fryer broccoli and chickpeas. He loves broccoli! Asking for soup too seems greedy of me. The universe only gives so much!

Today is a day for eating a huge bowl of noochy noodles (a staple in any vegan home!), getting under fifty blankets, and watching Gilmore Girls. What a delight!
