DO NOT SUBSCRIBE to @groundnews.bsky.social. I was told it was a good source for us to know what the right is seeing that the left is not and vice versa. It does that. But there is no effort to give context. And by repeating lies in a "both sides" stature, it's actually doing more harm. STOP.

I simultaneously am furious at all Jews and Palestinian supporters who fell for the propaganda that led so many people not to vote and the DEMOCRATS who were more concerned with what CEOs think than what people think. STAND FOR SOMETHING #DNC_Stand_UP

This is why I love @weeknightmsnbc.bsky.social @symonedsanders.bsky.social and @michaelsteele.bsky.social arguing while @aliciamenendez.bsky.social watches and tries not to roll her eyes.

Oh for fuck’s sake @lawrenceodonnell.msnbc.com producers. Getting the correct state for a senator you’re interviewing is just basic. How the hell do people get hired for these positions? #Nevada

Also, I don’t usually recommend skipping around, but it wouldn’t hurt at all to turn to the back of the book before you start and read her addendum about Myanmar. It’s pretty stunning.

This is a must-read. Not just to understand what happened before 2016, but also to get an idea of how Israel and Gaza were weaponized to restore Trump to power. It may not have been Facebook - Musk was using direct messaging, deep fakes and Twitter - but they refined the tactics used in 2016.

How’s that protest vote/non-vote going for ya?

Per @maddow.msnbc.com calling Speaker Jeffries spineless last week, I suggest we all send a can of worms to all 10 of these Dems and the Speaker’s office.

The @nytimes.com actually ran this (old) picture with this headline. Took me two seconds to crop it so it was accurate. Why couldn’t Times photo editors do that?

My regular reminder that Musk could have gone through with backing out of buying Twitter if stakeholder value carried as much weight as shareholder value.

So, how, exactly, does the Financial Times propose to fight mis- and disinformation if they hide stories behind a paywall that they want to charge $75 a monty to get through. Disinformation is free.

Yep

This is the problem. Trump put in conservative judges who block Biden’s economic policies and the public blames Biden for not being paid enough and being taken advantage of by employers.

#UNIDOS also found that most Latinos support her immigration policies, and other progressive policies. The support for policies is bigger than the support for Harris. UNIDOS says that economic issues took more precedence.

Sitting on a #UNIDOS presser on the Latino voting patterns. One of the first findings: Latinos were not instrumental in the Trump victory - if no Latino had voted, the outcome would have been unchanged. WHITE people put Trump over. I will add, WHITE women.

What’s at stake is “the pace of change”? Seriously? Not the kind of change Trump will bring? This is frightening.

Why, pray tell, did the @washingtonpost.com need to cast doubt on whether Hope Hicks cried. It’s in the court record.
