Painting my room a new color. Was contemplating what shade of turquoise or else dark green I should pick when I came into the following terrifying realization: The wood floor is light yellow; my carpet is blue; if my walls are green, the room will be Brasil-flag themed... :(

Went on a looooooooooong walk with Poyo, and when we got to the park, all the turtledoves were lined up on the power lines like a weekend gathering. The conversation was quite enlightening

This is technically last week's #InsertAnInvert2024 theme, mesopelagic, representing a slipper lobster (Scyllaridae) larva riding a jellyfish (Pelagia noctiluca). They are part of the largest migration on earth every night from the deep sea. I experienced this blackwater diving earlier this year
