Last night I did a zoom call w/ Indivisible Action - please take a listen. Unlike some of the other candidates for Gov that focus on poll tested talk without substance- I approach it differently.. This is a moment for NJ that vision, clarity + substance matter.

The more I listen to Steve Fulop the more I am convinced he will be a great governor . . .
Congestion Pricing = GOOD (reduces pollution by driving down the number of vehicles in the city)
Turnpike Widening = BAD (increases pollution by allowing more vehicles to clog the entrance to the tunnel)
Political Reform = GOOD (no explanation needed, lol)
Warehouses need to be regulated!

There are differences between Dem candidates - NJ deserves bold leadership…. I was the ONLY candidate for governor that said congestion pricing would work. Early on turnpike widening needs, on warehouse, political reform etc I’ve been right.

Another commercial launched today (our 4th on my background) - this commercial focused on immigration. I would sign the Immigrant Trust Act + there is no mayor or elected official that has as more of a strong track record on this issue than we do in Jersey City - I don’t hide from it

This ballot design bill also changes the way committee people will be elected. Rather than being chosen by you, the people, they will be elected by members of the county committee. Talk about trying to stack the deck!
