I brought forward an amendment for SB153 that would require Due Process for every person being prosecuted or held by our state agencies, regardless of a person's legal or immigration status.
Republicans decided to vote for it not to be heard.

Last week, we voted on the budget including amendments.
I introduced an amendment that would give free school lunch to every public-school student.
No Republicans voted for it so that vouchers could be given to rich families.
