I love Sterling Hayden! Did you find a good copy of The Come On? I’ve only tried to watch the most awful, bleached out copies, never found anything better!

SBR works as a war movie, too! Great photography! The Jeff bridges film dates itself a little (conspiracy w/ obv evil father/authority figure, beautiful woman killed just for plot movement, perverted henchman, emotions expressed by riding horseback in silk pajamas) but isn’t bad!
