Crikey. That's quite an ask, isn't it? - asking someone who has had a "mental health crisis" in their life to recall & re-live it all, with a (untrained?) stranger, with no promise of follow-up care if needed, & for no benefit to them?
I know exactly such a person, but wouldn't ask them to do this.
