I think this is a complete misreading of the situation. This was the best possible outcome: they stood firm for the longest shutdown in history but ended it when the harm to the most vulnerable people in our society became too much, showing that contrary to Rs and Trump they actually care.

No one has any idea if any were criminals, and of course it doesn't matter, because it was a war crime to kill even a single one of them.

Drug trafficking is a felony, but it's not a violent crime and isn't punishable by summary execution.

BREAKING: Federal court blocks and limits most of Florida law targeting school library books.

The only constitutional application is its "harmful to minors" provision, which limits obscene material that had already been banned from school libraries.
