Oof they are the worst! I have had them for the past 11 years. Mine are hormone related so I take an estrogen-free, progestin-only bc that makes it only maybe once a month/once every two. Sumatriptan and a dark room is my go to.

The chocolate chip dunkers were my favorite as a kid but now it’s all about the little onion rings. I hate onions but these are delicious
