It’s funny how the “protect the children” people can’t seem to lift a finger about guns in general, but when it comes to cutting vaccines and abusing trans kids, they are all in.
The way they would accomplish banning trans gun ownership is by having the ATF along with another federal agency or board such as HHS declare anyone with gender dysphoria has a "mental illness" that makes them a "danger to [themselves] or to others" under U.S.C. § 922(g)(4) and 27 CFR § 478.11.
DOJ is openly stating that "trannies shouldn't have guns."
The Trump administration is moving to strip trans people of their 2nd amendment rights. Nothing good ever comes out of an authoritarian regime stripping a minority group of owning guns.
