It kinda depends. Many organoids are poorly defined and the cells have a habit of wandering off developmentally. So, IF this is of any use, it might be in making a system that has a bit more reproducibility in it. I’m guessing though ……

Good spot!

Let’s hope manufacturers and legislators are paying attention!

I am partial to a Rich Tea biscuit but not sure I can accumulate data at your rate!

My dad was a great one for writing to companies “complaining” about such things. He needed to be given more important things to do.

BUT, the data you have is fascinating.
Some clear issues re QC, I guess.

I sorta surprised that you see that degree of variance in such a relatively small sample.

So many questions.

Surprisingly large amount of variance, I think

Lol!

I learnt how to write form teachers reviews of fellow students as I was the only pupil in his Latin class and he struggled to remember who was who, so I WROTE the annual report cards for him.

Yes, yes I did

That’s absolutely correct.

Only know this because I did Latin at school for 7 years.

Thanks. Very impressive restoration.

I have access to a field emission SEM because I was co applicant in a grant some time ago. Use it much less these days.

Have some nice images of nuclear pores somewhere.

Had this discussion with a colleague over the word puncta.

Singular is punctum. No one uses that either.

Happy New Year!

I’m afraid to say that all my colleagues and I use the word data as a plural to describe multiple elements in an experiment or set of experiments.

So “These data..” and “data are …”

However, I note we very very rarely refer to a datum, which we should do, logically, so hmmmm
