I was 6 when Jurassic Park came out, and dino-obsessed. We saw it at a drive-in and a huge summer storm kicked up during the big t-rex scene. I hid in the back of our van and watched over the seat, convinced a t-rex was going to come through the screen, but unwilling to miss it.

Lemon custard, preferably filled and not on top, glazed not powdered sugar. Perfect texture and the tart lemon cuts the sweet of the glaze.

I finished this book months ago and I'm still chewing it over.
