A6 #LTHEChat YES! the definition of a CoP (according to Wenger-Trayner^2) is a community to has a shared goal, has social interaction, and learns/develops together. It doesn't have to have an impact, it should be allowed to exist for the sake of its participants.

A6 #LTHEChat Making a difference. Being able to show that something was done better, or some people worked more effectively or were happier. Impact is in behaviour or attitude change, that has a broader positive effect

A4 #lthechat Knowing people's names is a big thing. Maybe sharing names and photos with new members so they can learn who is who
