Using our spread (5 or 6 points per measurement range), this season's Super Rugby is indeed the most "equitable" for about 10 seasons, but that's just brought it into line with the other major competitions.

Using our measures, MLT has the fewest blow outs.

May I ask you why you chose 3-7-25pts as your measures? We do a similar analysis & chose 0-6, 7-12, 13-18 & 19+pts. Using these measures last season's Super Rugby had the 2nd highest %age of blow outs, & this season is pretty much in line with other comps.
