My University in Venezuela fought until the end against the dictatorship.

This behaviour is shamefull. An University postrated to the governamental power is not a safe space for free thinkers. When the University gets ideologized, there can not be science because there is no room for free thought.

The Southern Shark Ecology Group has been tracking Tigers in the waters around Norfolk Island, with arrival and departure the same as Wedge-tailed Shearwaters. A huge 75% of their diet is seabirds! We are in the 1st stage of a collab to see if shark and shearwater migration areas match.#Seabirds🪶

Meet the Blue #Shark 🦈

At the MBA, we're studying the effects of ocean warming & the expansion of #OxygenMinimumZones - which may be shifting the behaviour & habitat use of blue sharks, increasing their vulnerability to #fisheries.

Community management is in the early stages of development in Cameroon, and our work aims to familiarise communities with the benefits of LCMCs to small-scale fishers.

It is encouraging that our meeting was attended by so many members of the community, and we are working to continue this success.
