for the past week i've been eating two meals a day (a small breakfast and a normal lunchdinner) bc my psychiatrist put me on a higher dose of adhd meds and they're the best appetite suppressants and now i'm actually starting to like my stomach again cuz i'm not painfully bloated all the time
