I like to mentally write the most inane song lyrics, like, about the moon or my blankets or what I did that day; nothing so complex that it'll keep me awake, but boring and repetitive with juuust enough focus I'm not focused on the panic/anxiety instead. Gets me drowsy pretty pretty quick

Surviving is such a nightmare if you're not playing with at least one friend, solo queue is the worst. I love a good killer match too, don't really main these days though
