Rezept für Kürbis-Carbonara -1/2 Hokkaido -Butter -Tomatenmark -3-4 Knoblauchzehen -2 Becher Kochsahne -Salbeiblätter -Pfeffer, Salz, Kurkuma, Muskatnuss -Reibekäse Hokkaido fein würfeln, Kürbis mit Butter & Tomatenmark anbraten. Mit Kochsahne und bisschen Wasser aufgießen, Salbeiblätter mitkochen bis der Kürbis gar ist. Abschmecken und Käse reinschmelzen. Besonders geil mit Tortellini mit Schinkenfüllung
