Indianapolis Colts announce the death of owner/CEO/Chairman Jim Irsay. The man had some public battles with his demons, but he loved his football team and often failed in the pursuit to win. Not because he was a terrible, cheap person like his father, but because he often made impulsive decisions.

If he is not bound by the Constitution, then he no longer has legitimacy as a public servant and vacates any protections he has under the Constitution. Should he be treated as an enemy of the state?

Stay up to watch C-Span and call their offices. If you live in the Capitol area, I suggest getting a pass and be there in person. You can request a House or Senate gallery pass from your representative's office. The House and Senate galleries are open 30 minutes before session. This smells like BS.

Everything is awful, but Justice Sam Alito is really mad, so there's at least that silver lining: www.lawdork.com/p/scotus-aea...
Breaking: SCOTUS, in a 7-2 vote, blocks AEA removals from northern Texas during litigation
The current notice being given by the Trump administration to those it wants to deport under Trump's AEA proclamation "surely does not pass muster," the court held.

Kilmar Abrego Garcia's lawyers say they are "still in the dark" about the govt's efforts to facilitate his release after three depositions of Trump officials. They ask Judge Xinis to authorize three more—and warn that they may ultimately need testimony from someone in the White House.

Judge Farbiarz gives the USGOV 24hrs to show a COMPLETE LIST of every time since 1975 it has invoked the secretary of state's power to deport someone for foreign-policy reasons—including each case's facts and a copy of the official determination. He is making them show their work. They have no work.

He's ALWAYS been this way.

Even a KIDS show knew it.
Sesame Street had him pegged back in 1988.
