I don't see the point, we can make whole organoids from human tissue, including cells from people with various pathologies. And those organoids will be a miniature model of the diseased brain. Why bother with synthetic?

I've never understood why morality is attributed to circadian activity. Some people are morning people, others are night people. Night time ≠ debauchery. Getting up early isn't virtuous.
