Many of us did vote for her.
Unfortunately, she sucked, so many others, remembering Hillary/Biden and realizing that it would only mean we get another just like her next time, didn't.
I gave her my vote because I realized it was the best decision at the time, but she sure as shit didn't earn it.

I say "doesn't make sense" in the direction of "I can see what a right winger would be trying to say by directing that at Crockett, even though it's not valid, but I struggle to see how that could be applied to the white lady in the same way, because she doesn't come from a minority group".

Couple that with a wifi mnk or keyboard/trackpad combo and you're set to just dock and control from the semi-arbitrarily far away couch, even with an android phone. Samsung's Dex environment is particularly nice for this.

Ah. Yeah. Never smart TV, or at least, always skip the built ins and treat as a basic display.
USB laptop docks are great because you can just set them up as part of your home entertainment system and plug in any compatible laptop or phone and push any attached media to screens and speakers.

A) people outright lie about android
B) people can buy cheap cheap Android devices, have a bad time, and think they are all like that
C) people are locked into Apples ecosystem and their investments in it cause Stockholm Syndrome

As in, if they just use the phone as is when they get it, install some apps, but don't get into file system management, etc, it is just as, if not more, streamlined of an experience as iOS, and is *more* stable.
Add to that the option to reach for more if it's needed or wanted, and it's no contest.

Anyone who went Samsung could easily have as simple of an experience, they just have to not opt in to the nitty gritty.
