What's wrong with people? The Electricity price cap must be a "pence per kWh" number. Can they not tell us. Isn't there a percentage increase they could use to explain it?

I got an impact driver for Xmas. Now I can wave it around in front of people and say "This is not a drill. I repeat: This is not a drill".
