I love my family, Chris Cornell, and politics. I’m also the mother of a level 3 Autistic child. I’m disabled from being trapped in a house fire. I just have a lot going on.

The richest 0.1% of Americans control $22 trillion in wealth.

The bottom 50% control $3.8 trillion in wealth.

So, cost of living went up, so my landlord raised my rent by $50. My disability check went up by about $15. So that $15 extra is supposed to help cover my rent going up, not even counting insurance, groceries, and all the necessities. Wtf.

You're a leader, @whitehouse.senate.gov. The corrupt insurrectionist-elect is disqualified from holding office under Sec 3 of the 14th Amendment. Bring up an amnesty bill in the Senate. Force your colleagues to vote on it. Will 2/3 of Congress remove the disqualification? Otherwise he cannot serve.
On International Anti-Corruption Day, our country faces a clash of civilizations: democracy & the free market on one side, kleptocracy and corruption on the other.

Our greatest weapon in this long battle is transparency. As always, sunlight is the best disinfectant.

Tech billionaires such as Jeff Bezos and Marc Andreessen aren’t even trying to mask their politics anymore.

Earnest post, but: a thing I like here is it’s okay to have moments of happiness in public without being broadly scolded, and I believe that sustaining this kind of humanity will be very important as we resist fascism.

We have to sustain each other. Making joy isn’t denial, it’s how we will survive
