I started reading 'The Happiness Trap' by Dr Russ Harris today. It's a book about ACT Therapy. ACT is a therapy that I briefly did and really connected with in the past. I figured this book would complement my current in person therapy and be a useful extra tool for me 😊

I’m happily married and we have a tiny puppy called Cara and I walk Cara through the neighbourhood with her pink leash sometimes 😂 I’m perfectly comfortable with this so I agree “masculinity” is nonsense.
