Robert Redford was a legend - he won an Oscar, he had one of the all time best movie acting careers, he had the movie star looks, he lived to be 89, and he even had Paul Newman as his best friend. The man lived an amazing life and left us all with the gift of rewatching his movies.

I started reading 'The Happiness Trap' by Dr Russ Harris today. It's a book about ACT Therapy. ACT is a therapy that I briefly did and really connected with in the past. I figured this book would complement my current in person therapy and be a useful extra tool for me 😊

Just played and finished Mass Effect for the first time. How did I not know about this amazing game???? Tomorrow (or rather today) I shall have to begin Mass Effect 2. Sleep is no fun anyway lol
