Currently playing Alan Wake 2, having not played the first, but a big fan of Control. Was considering giving up as the spooky face jump scares were fraying my nerves a bit. I persevered and got through most of Saga's story, because i actually really liked the story. (1/2)

Seeing Evanescence was an unexpected delight, as i forgot they were supporting Metallica. I always like them when they first came out, but seeing Amy Lee's absolute powerhouse vocals up close was insane.

I miss the coked-up fever dreams that were 1980s movies. Like you'll have a movie about a nerd who builds a robot to win a chess tournament but it accidentally becomes the lead guitarist in a hair metal band.
