Friends, this is my brother. He was seriously wounded during a combat mission in Pokrovsk. As a result, his left leg was torn off, his right leg was severely injured, all the bones below the knee were broken, and two toes were torn off.

Many countries have been sanctioned by the western democratic countries in the past for human rights abuses. Don't you think it near the time the US gets sanctioned for the same? The point of sanctions is to try to get a government to change course to align with western norms. The US is divergent.

Hmmm... What do these four countries have in common? Authoritarians that have designs to conquer lands that are not currently theirs. By giving Russia the thumbs up to take all of Ukraine, they also give themselves the approval to take what they want.

Stop talking about Medicare and insane tax policy! This is the only thing we should be talking about with regards to the BB Bill. Even IF this bill dies, they will try to slip this in again in another bill. THIS is their PRIMARY objective in this legislation. They want a dictator to end democracy.
At this point, Democrats should be ONLY talking about this section in congress and in public. The rest of it can be dealt with later, but this ends the democratic republic we have always known. So stop talking about Medicare and taxes and start talking about this trojan power grab.

The old idea of "rescuing" alienated diaspora as an excuse to invade and annex territory is an old bullshit tactic that nobody really falls for anymore. The EU and NATO and maybe even the useless UN should call out Hungary for their old nazi/russian playbook schemes. They should be punished.
NATO and the EU should punish Hungary swiftly and resolutely. This is a violation of the concept of borders and international law, and aiding an enemy. I’m sure this operation has gone on a while, but, it is known now.
