I mean, with the way drift momentum is in the game now, it's kind of essential to drop the anchor stop it from moving. The bigger sillies are the crewmates who leave the anchor down when parked at an island.
Drop anchor -> raise sails -> centre wheel -> raise anchor = perfectly fine ⚓
