Expect a wellsping of new "religions" with their own agenda flooding the zone in the wake of this ruling.

It will create a wellspring of individual "religions" with their own individual objections. I humbly suggest flooding the zone with all kinds of "religious" objections.

At this point, I think even the leopards are surprised at how many people thought their faces would not be eaten.

Those outside of MBTA served regions (e.g. Cape Cod, and western MA) are already subsidizing the MBTA and see not benefit. We say enough is enough! Any additional funding must be primarily raised from the region served and not the state at large.

In practice, requirements for visa issuance are routinely ignored and/or gamed.

The result has been depression of domestic job demand and of course reduced salaries.

As always, it's business greed.

I've been a tech worker my whole career. The stories surrounding H1B/outsourcing I could tell!

In theory, H1B visas are intended to be given only when no qualified domestic worker is available to fill a position at a market rate salary.

In my observation, the vast majority of local small business persons are just as selfish and ruthlessly rent-seeking as mega-corporations.

The real answer is simplifying the tax code to remove the rent-seeking and implement true no-exception moderately progressive taxation without the loopholes.
