My coworker has a neighbor that the whole neighborhood is sure is feeding coyotes because now there’s two coyotes that hang around constantly day and night and don’t care about cars or people.

It was apparently the family member who said that, not Robinson. Seems like every news outlet is misreading the original report.

Me over excited about finally getting a hummingbird to appear in my new bed of bee and hummingbird favoring flowers. To be clear it’s not like hummingbirds are rare here but I live in a “suburb” that’s hemmed in on all sides by city and highway and haven’t seen them here before.

Is McCain a celebrity? Because I took this picture last night looking for live White Stripes songs and this jump scare happened. Otherwise… the best closest thing in my pics is this drunk guy picking a fight a hockey enforcer on a golf course. Either could be a celebrity.

Lanternflies, ugh. Saw them last year for the first time. In RI like most places the tree of heaven thrives. Big ToH in my backyard and they’ve found it. Both are invasive species to be clear, but the lanternfly can kill indigenous trees.

It’s utterly nonsensical. That’s almost 2 acres. Look at this abomination. Not only does it destroy the profile of the building aesthetically, but the security aspects are no joke either.

Just got home from seeing it and it’s really good. A little overstuffed but it gets Superman right and Krypto is a fucking delight and a major character. He’s modeled on Ozu, a dog James and Jennifer rescued not long before he started writing the script. An absolute whirlwind of boundless energy.

I live in New England but I just double checked and UK building codes have required attic venting since the 40s as well. Here’s a pic of my neighbors house that was built in 1897. See that dark line on the ridge? That’s the venting. That’s open to the air. (There’s a mesh that stops critters).
