Anyway I can restrict for a few days and all this shit will be numbed. Truly ironic how therapy never gave me relief but starving has been a reliable way to handle Feeling Too Much without going crazy.

Jealousy and envy are like worms writhing in my stomach and guts. It makes me nauseous, like I want to shed my own skin, escape myself but can only cry and scream IT'S NOT FAIR. It feels wrong, destructive, shameful. And painful. My emotions are knives, scratching my flesh from the inside.

I'm bitter to the point where I am jealous when hearing about people struggling with drugs. Oh you were an addict bc you were suicidal back then ? The only things I had was starving myself and cutting, wishing I was dead. I hate myself for thinking that, but I can't stop being envious.
