This is something I've always found utterly bizarre about USA culture in general. Violence, blood and the occasional mutilation, stuff you'd definitely wish to spend a lifetime without living IRL, are fine; but something normal like a nude person, is terrifying and inconceivable.

Have we ever gotten a G1-style Bumblebee with arm wheels? I can't remember there being any off the top of my mind. Would be a cool remold for a Retro version, given the one that's out now doesn't even have a toy-style head.

The smaller feet are cool, I wish they'd implemented that little trick on the 86 version. I guess they wanted the legs to be fully black, and the budget couldn't stretch enough to add a step that hid the bonnet parts that would end up on the shins, based on what we're seeing on this remold.

Perhaps, Henshin Cyborg used to be a professional... Boxer? Until he got kicked in the dick one too many times and had to have his body replaced with a robotic one.
(It's likely they reused the head because there's no point sculpting a whole new head when you can just use one you have lying around)

I was thinking, since the ox and the cart form a single robot body, perhaps Ultra Magnus could have been a more interesting fit. But yeah, I get why it's always these four, but on the other hand I suspect fatigue will set in pretty quickly if they don't rotate the roster a bit.

I think this is the best way to do them, really. It's like the designers are saying "See, we CAN get the head to the chest. But It would look inaccurate! So here's a little cover to make it look like it did on tv". I can imagine no better solution, short of giving the toy "two" robot modes!

In this context, what I mean by "foreign countries" is foreign colonial powers, UK, USA, Europe, Russia, China, etc.

That's a very odd card to play against a bunch of people who stated they come from "third world" countries that have actually experienced dictatorships. No, what I say is, uprisings can have many factions,yeah, but usually the ones supported by foreign countries that want to pillage you win out.

Don't know about Nepal, but in south america they've historically been tools for foreign powers to steal our shit, riling people up then turning on them. Hence the reaction the logical, cautious reaction from the poster you're answering to.

Most people from the first world don't get this, they dream of this kind of stuff because it's never been visited upon them the way it's been on countries like ours.

I've uninstalled acrobat a while ago and don't really miss it. I'm using Sumatra PDF now and so far I'm pretty happy with it. Then again, I'm not a graphic designer, so all I do with it is read, and fill in the ocasional from.

This toy is great, I love the monstrous vibes it's got and the fact they managed to cram a proper combiner in the super simple engineering of the legends toys from that era.

Thanks for the answer! I guess that little mystery will continue. I find it crazy that it's the exact same toys, I wonder how he got them. Over here, they came bundled with a kid's magazine. Each issue had one robot toy, one mini-comic featuring the robot, and a trading card of said robot too.
