Unfortunately, I am not much for taking photos whilst cooking, so the only photos of Thanksgiving dinner was a couple before shots. I don't think they look appetizing. However, the recipe, from the latest Bon Appetite, was actually amazing. Turkey with Tadka and Gravy. I substituted a Capon.

A vegetable tart from Thanksgiving past. Yes, I sliced everything by hand. I don't have a mandolin and consider them a bit risky. If I do make this again I will probably dig out the mandolin attachment for the food processor... Assuming it still exists.

I am unsure of what to do with Blusky. I never made an account on its competitor and at this point, never will. Deleted my Reddit account 2 years ago. Facebook is strictly for people I interact with, or have interacted with directly.
