Nurses are special people. They perform duties that most of us are unable or unwilling to do. They're overworked and underpaid. I'm in awe of their knowledge, competence, efficiency, and selflessness. They save lives and should be recognized as the professionals that they are.

If you’re are/were a service member you know this to be true. The UCMJ and the Geneva Conventions are the North Star. They bestow honor and dignity to what is, at times, difficult and morally-fraught work. There is NO ambiguity about your DUTY and your OBLIGATIONS.
If a reasonable person would know the order is illegal, you MUST refuse.
