For the locals, the Va side is always worth a visit and safely ignoring the signage.
Fall color starting to BURST at Great Falls. CWG's Kevin Ambrose was there Saturday (he had to hike in as the park is closed on the Va side). He said the color is not quite peak. Enjoy his photos.

I was wandering around Michaels' Halloween section and I can't help but thinking they're selling the Big Bad Wolf dropping grandma off at the pool while cleaning up with Red Ridinghood's cloak.
I'm mostly posting it though, as I think more than a couple of you might feel a need to have one.

I feel like not enough here realize Heather Bruton (hbruton.bsky.social) has been on BS a long time now.
Maybe that is because if you search for her by name, or with HBruton, oddly enough, BlueSky isn't putting her in the results (Which is BS).
