No juice tonight. 3 games in 4 nights is showing tonight. I have said it many times. If you are playing back to back, both teams should be playing back to backs.

It’s amazing in the last 7 or 8 years how much my expectations has changed with the Panthers. Lose and it doesn’t bother me like it used too when I thought we had a chance to win every week.

We are a long way from being a good defensive team. Out the 11 out there maybe we have 4 or 5 good players.

How can our fans, true fans talk about something or curse our current players about something that hasn’t happened yet. They all said the right thing. Management probably doesn’t care what any of us think. They are wanting the final prize. Pull for the Canes or not. They don’t care what we think.

To all Canes fans: I watch too much hockey when the Canes are not playing. There is only 5 true superstars in hockey and Ehlers is not one of them. He is a good player not a great player. He is not the savior for this team, but he would make us better. If he doesn’t sign we will keep playing.

TNT post game with Henrik Lundqvist talking about the Canes, said it best last night. Not getting pucks out and that’s the bottom line. There was other things that made a whole lot of sense too. Go back and watch it.

First of all I have enjoyed the season. We opened with a team that looked great. Then bad in the middle. Good again after all the trade mess. If we can’t get a tackle call or a hooking call during the power play we are not moving on. The cats are too good if you don’t call their penalties.
