And yet, Candidate Trump did make it quite clear that - if elected - he would take these and other extra-ordinary actions.

The states that voted for him and for a GOP Congress in 2024 are the states that have "..specifically gerrymandered" for him in 2025.

I don’t know, I still randomly trip out over the fact that the President told states to specifically gerrymander for him. And they did.
