They came out when i was just entering highschool and i was being a teenager about it and thought "man i dont wanna play pokemon anymore" so i missed them in their heyday and i just havent gotten around to really sinking my teeth into them just yet

Johto has some pretty big issues when it comes to wild pokemon levels and grinding, but the revisions add enough for me to be able to look past those issues a little bit

That is not the case for the original Gold and Silver, so they might be a little lower than i thought because of it

Mega evolutions are cool and flashy, but they dont do anything gameplay wise except

Terastallization allows for more strategic planning in team building and makes for more interesting battles
