The impact we have on others is often not realized until after we no longer interact with them. This vibe (?)/post is just a reminder that being kind and uplifting to others stays with people. Giving them the tools they need, supporting them - lasts well after you may have moved out of their orbit
I left my last company a year ago. People still reach out to me to tell me about the impact I had. Today someone texted me to let me know one of my former engineers publicly credited me in front of hundreds of employees for inspiring him to do the work he’s doing now with the ERG he created. 💜
