So today I got back into therapy after 3 months. It was hard to call to make the appointment but I did it and I didn’t cancel!! I was able to talk about my fear for the next 4 years and the stress it’s putting on my family and friends. No answers yet but talking helps!

Finding a OGT is sometimes hard. I can always find love in my fur family or my kids but I try to go beyond that if I can. With all the snow in Florida’s panhandle my OGT is no snow here in north central Florida! Still to cold though 🥶
