I was never one for social media. Now that I'm having the problems that I do have, I feel it's important that people do something for their mental health, so here's your reminder. Take care of yourself so you can be there for others. Lately, #lego has been how I'm doing that.

I like bluesky. I want to see stars and galaxies? Boom! MF Stars and Galaxies! I want to see Birds? Boom! MF Birds! I want to see politics and arguments? Crickets. There's already enough negativity out there. I can see the news if I want to, or I can skip it. WAAAAY better than Twitter ever was!

I'm having a good day today. I've struggled with mental health for a number of years. Yesterday, I couldn't focus enough to take care of basic tasks, like dishes or cooking supper. Today, supper's prepped and in my slow cooker, I finished loading a dishwasher. It may be small, but I'll take it. 🙂

I'm having a good day today. I've struggled with mental health for a number of years. Yesterday, I couldn't focus enough to take care of basic tasks, like dishes or cooking supper. Today, supper's prepped and in my slow cooker, I finished loading a dishwasher. It may be small, but I'll take it. 🙂
