This is the one thing I keep seeing - that she was so rushed by the public and her publisher to churn this book out. My friends who read it were also really unimpressed by book 2 and I just can’t bring myself to start the series.

These books are so unsettling and beautiful - I think the movie was interesting but I feel like it didn’t to justice to this series at all!
