The Dep't of Health and Human Services laid off employees Saturday evening across some of its biggest agencies, including the FDA and CDC.

Those laid off included people who evaluate the safety of medical devices.

Letters went out to federal workers this morning stating they were fired due to poor performance. However, all employees had been rated as “exceptional” performers by their supervisors. Please keep these records and pursue wrongful termination claims. Let the lawsuits begin.

DOGE Team Members, I hope this little post finds you well. You would be wise to remember that Trump has immunity. You do not. And also wise to know Trump has thrown many in front of a bus. If a court tells you to stop. You stop.
