Been for a mega walk today 25km of beautiful north Norfolk coast and country.

My turn on the village gritter this morning!

I was very sad to learn that my predecessor as district councillor for Gresham ward, Pierre Bütikofer, has passed away.
Pierre was a good friend and supported me on my election last year.

13 portions of curried parsnip soup batched up for freezing. Making the most of the 10p veg.

Very exciting to have spent today working in Westminster!

Having been unwell in the week I didn't think I'd be up here today... But alas, I was and it was well worth it.

Felt much better today so out on the bike. 40km with stops at Itteringham Shop, John's Water, Erpingham Spread Eagle.

Not been well this week, and still a lot of fatigue. Otto joined me in the garden and has given me a pitiful look.
