one insurance rep asked me on the phone if I felt badly that by demanding they pay for my Humira (which is $7,000 per dose and I take 4 doses per month), I was preventing them from paying for someone with a "normal" lifespan.

All day today, I found myself wondering if this guy had a take on Luigi Mangione. I finally got the chance to check, and guess what? HE DOES: that LM is a spoiled gay communist baby.
