After a long evening of prototyping, the first pass of the rules for my card game are done!
I’ve called it Conquest and as the name suggests it’s about conquering stuff. The rules are currently under 1000 words too which ain’t to shabby!

Reading Absolute Wonder Woman and oh my goddess this book is fantastic. This is what I want from an alt timeline setting!

The lil guy had the best time. He got an overpriced popcorn bucket and sat through the whole film! Krypto was his fave but he’s also firmly team Superman now.
(Glad I brought his ear defenders with us because the speakers were apocalyptically loud!)

I finally finished the Naruto manga on my 6 hour (!) train journey home last night. Damn that is a good ending that brings everything full circle, and yes I did have a little cry at multiple points 😅

The Delta remake looks so weird to me. A lot of the sheer up vibes of the game’s visual design have been thrown out in the pursuit of more realism.
