Anyone have advice on starting to use a CPAP? How long did it take to get used to? After 2 nights of trying I feel worse than I did before. I know it takes some time, but how long will I be a zombie before actual rest kicks in?

Have had two friends contact me today to tell me their workplace/their friends’ workplace started firing “DEI hires” today. One of the emails sent to a person let go read “records indicate you were hired in part due to being a Jew.” How is this fucking real. How is this legal. I am so angry I’m sick

In grade school,my social studies teacher had a poster that said,"Those who don't study history are condemned to repeat it"I thought it meant if you fail the class,you have to take it again.
I don't want to take this class again because too many people didn't study. The US is a failed group project.
