Needless to say, the GOP got lucky the Virginia state Senate was not on the ballot this week. That chamber remains in Democratic hands for the next two years, but it's by a narrower 21-19. (There'll be a special election to replace Ghazala Hashmi, who was elected LG, but it's a safely blue seat.)

The utter hypocrisy of him talking about feeding the hungry when he has cleared homeless encampments may and should destroy him. But I fear what you do -- he is slick and can talk well.

I rarely pray the rosary, mainly at funerals, but I would join a group doing that where I live. Hm. Will suggest.
