Coit tower, Dolores Park, and Alamo Square each have fantastic views of the city and the latter two are free. Marshall’s beach is a great spot for views and meeting the locals too.

I get what you mean but I do think that what we say in the peak of ecstasy is much less literal than when we discuss politics. Things get simpler and less consequential because we’re safe and focused on the connection and moment with our lover(s). I wouldn’t read too much into “real man” talk.
